I’ve loved tech my entire life. Growing up as a kid our house was full of it. I attempted my first computer repair when I was 12. I tried to replace a processor in an iMac and let’s just say it worked really well, if you ignored it shutting down every 30 minutes. Luckily since then, my skills have improved.

As soon as I got to uni I started a job at Apple, working 8 years as a technician. Then almost 7 years running Hero Tech Support providing Apple repairs for people who couldn't find help elsewhere.

Now I am here to offer my advice and expertise to businesses, or anyone that needs help with their Apple kit.
